Shipping & Ordering Policy
Chic by Gems offers FREE SHIPPING across Pakistan on all online orders above PKR 5,000 through TCS.
A flat delivery charge of PKR 150 applies to orders below PKR 5,000.
Ordering Process:

Please place your order online by following the easy checkout instructions for items added to your shopping cart.

You may also place your order by calling the Chic by Gems Customer Service Line at 0334-961341 (11am – 8pm), and our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Product availability will be rechecked, after which you will receive a confirmation call-back. At this point, you may reconfirm, modify, or cancel your order.

Upon reconfirmation, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a reference number. Please quote this reference number in any correspondence or for order tracking.

After reconfirmation, your order will be dispatched from Chic by Gems Headquarters, located at:
First Capital House, Pace Mall, G-4, MM Alam Road, Lahore -
Orders typically reach customers within 2–4 business days, depending on location.

As a matter of policy, payment must be made to the courier agent before receiving and opening the sealed package.

The courier agent will not accept returns once the package is opened.

If an order is not paid for or received, it will be returned to Chic by Gems, and the customer may no longer be eligible to shop online with us.
