Online Exchange
Items purchased online may be exchanged within three days of being delivered to you. You will need to bear the cost of the sending the returned item back to chic, as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent in exchange. The procedure for online exchange is as follows:
1) Please contact chic customer service via email or telephone and provide the following:
Your order reference number
Reason for exchange
The codes of the article(s) you wish to receive in exchange
Our customer service agent will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange your purchase, and provide you with an Exchange Reference number. The article will still be subject to physical inspection upon receipt back at chic.
2) Please courier your item (along with original receipt and exchange reference number) to:

We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please take care to package it its original packing and send it through a reputable courier company.
3) Upon receipt at chic, the item returned will be inspected to ensure its condition is as new You will then be notified of the dispatch of your exchange purchase, along with the additional amount you need to pay to cover a) Shipping charges and b) Difference if exchange purchase is of a higher amount.
